By downloading or using Home-Free, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Use of the App

Home-Free is provided as a family and trusted-circle check-in application. You may use the app for lawful, personal purposes only.

Emergency Use

Home-Free is not an emergency service, medical monitor, law-enforcement tool, or replacement for direct contact. If someone may be in danger, contact local emergency services.

Circle Responsibility

You are responsible for inviting only trusted people, keeping invite codes private, and checking that circle members understand what they choose to share.

Data Responsibility

Home-Free syncs account, circle, check-in, event, and optional media data through third-party services used to operate the app. The developer is not responsible for data loss caused by device issues, network outages, platform changes, or user actions.

Subscriptions

Some features may require Circle Plus. Subscription billing, trials, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the app store where the purchase was made.

No Warranty

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted, real-time, or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
